Before you write, you may be wondering
Does it integrate with my tools?
Yes. The agents connect to your email, CRM, ERP, storage and the other systems you already use, without changing the way you work. If you use a tool that is not on the list, it is connected to measure through its API or through an MCP server.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Instructions are given in natural language, just as they would be to a member of the team. We take care of the technical side.
Does it work in my sector and at my company size?
The hive is designed to measure, from industry and manufacturing through to professional services. What determines the fit is not the sector, but whether there is repetitive work consuming hours and systems that do not talk to each other.
What support and maintenance do I get?
We accompany you throughout: go-live, team training and continuous improvement of the agents as your needs grow. Phase 5 of the implementation plan has no end date.
Is it going to replace my team?
No. The agents take on the mechanical work that consumes hours every day. People spend their time deciding, dealing with clients and growing the business. Team training is part of the project from Phase 3 onwards.
How long does it take to be up and running?
The indicative timeline runs from the first meeting to continuous operation, with timescales that vary according to how many areas are activated in parallel and the complexity of the integration. The detail by phase is set out in the implementation plan.
