The agents work on your company's data without exposing it. Your information is not shared with third parties and is not used to train anyone else's models.

Full traceability

Every action is recorded: which agent performed it, when and with what result. Every delegation and every verification leaves a trace, so it is possible to reconstruct what each agent decided and why. This is not an inaccessible technical log: it is auditable.

Before a result reaches your desk, the auditor reviews it. It is a quality control independent of the agent that did the work, and it is the reason the hive does not accumulate errors in silence.

You define the permissions, the limits and which actions require approval. The agents propose and execute only within the rules you have set.

Human control: nothing goes out without your sign-off

This is the rule that is not up for negotiation, and it is worth stating without ambiguity: no agent sends, publishes or executes anything externally without your approval. Not an email to a client, not a post, not a transaction in a third-party system.

The work passes through a double filter. First the auditor reviews the result; then it reaches you for final approval. The agents prepare and propose; the decision to execute always rests with the company.

And every action, besides being recorded, is reversible. If something should not have been done, it can be reviewed and undone.

Where these rules are defined

They are not left to the judgement of the moment. During the diagnosis phase a matrix of permissions and approvals is drawn up: what each agent may do on its own, what requires human sign-off and who in your company gives it. That matrix is agreed in writing before any agent touches real data, and it is reviewed every time the hive is extended to a new area.

This is worth saying here, because it is a legitimate concern and it forms part of the control of the project. The agents take on the mechanical, low-value work that consumes hours every day. People spend their time on what only they can do: deciding, dealing with clients, creating and growing the business.
