Implementation plan
Custom AI agent development, phase by phase
Activating eight departments at once is the fastest way to make an AI project fail: nobody knows what is happening, nobody trusts the result and the human team rejects it. The rollout is incremental for three concrete reasons.

The rationale
The hive is not switched on in full on day one
Controlled risk
Each phase is validated with your company's real data before moving on to the next. If something does not work, it is detected with a single area live, not with the entire operation hanging on it.
Early value
The area with the highest return is prioritised so that results are visible from the pilot onwards, not at the end of the project.
Real adoption
The human team is trained in parallel with the rollout. On go-live day there are no surprises, because they have already worked with the agents.
The journey
Business process automation in six phases
Qualification and scope
Phase 0
Understanding your starting point and setting the scope before either side commits resources. Discovery meeting: sector, size, current tools and main bottlenecks. Identification of quick wins: which one or two processes would generate visible value in a short time. Scope proposal: which areas are deployed first. Deliverable: commercial proposal with scope, timescales and price.
Diagnosis and design
Phase 1
Mapping your company's real processes and systems in order to design a team of agents to measure. Process audit: which tasks are repeated, at what volume, who does them today and with what tools. Systems audit: inventory of email, storage, ERP, CRM, communication and automation, and what can be connected via API or MCP. Hive design: which area leads are activated and with which subagents. Governance rules and indicators. Deliverable: hive design document and matrix of permissions and approvals.
Technical integration
Phase 2
Connecting the agents to your tools, with no migrations and no change to the way the team works. Email and calendar, documents and files, CRM and ERP, communication and automation. Testing in an isolated environment and traceability logging, validated before touching any real data. Deliverable: technical environment connected and validated.
Rollout and training
Phase 3
Progressive activation, always running alongside the current human process. The coordination layer is activated first: orchestrator and auditor. One or two priority areas are deployed, never the complete hive. The specialist subagents for those areas are activated. The agents are trained on your company's own processes, templates and criteria. Parallel pilot: the agents' output is compared with that of the current human process before replacing it. Deliverable: hive operating in pilot mode, with reinforced supervision.
Continuous go-live
Phase 4
The move to production happens only once the pilot has validated quality. Activation of continuous operation. Team training: how to give instructions in natural language, how to review the auditor's work and how to approve or reject actions. Daily approval flow: who gives final sign-off to what the auditor has already reviewed. Change management and internal communication. Deliverable: hive in production and team trained.
Continuous optimisation
Phase 5
Once up and running, the hive grows with the company. Periodic review of the indicators defined in Phase 1. Extension to new areas as the value obtained is demonstrated. Creation of bespoke agents for specific processes as they arise. Ongoing support and guidance. Deliverable: quarterly continuous improvement plan.
Timescales
From the first meeting to continuous operation
Phase 0 · Qualification and scope
1-2 weeks
Phase 1 · Diagnosis and design
2-3 weeks
Phase 2 · Technical integration
2-4 weeks
Phase 3 · Rollout and training
3-5 weeks
Phase 4 · Go-live
1-2 weeks
Phase 5 · Continuous optimisation
Ongoing
Timescales are indicative and vary according to the number of areas activated in parallel and the complexity of the integration with your systems. Phase 5 has no end: the hive is extended on a continuous basis.
Cross-cutting
What holds true across every phase
Data security
Your information is not used to train anyone else's models, and traceability is present from the design stage.
Human control
No agent executes anything critical externally without approval. The agents propose; you decide.
Incremental approach
The eight areas are never activated at once. You start with the one offering the highest return and scale from there.
Adoption, not replacement
The human team is trained in parallel and freed up for higher-value tasks.
