Deliverable: agent team design document and matrix of permissions and approvals.

Phase 2 · 2-4 weeks

Connecting the agents to the company's tools, with no migrations and no change to the team's way of working.

Deliverable: technical environment connected and validated.

Phase 3 · 3-5 weeks

Progressive activation, always running in parallel with the current human process.

Deliverable: agent team operating in pilot mode, with reinforced supervision.

Phase 4 · 1-2 weeks

The move to production happens only once the pilot has validated quality.

Deliverable: agent team in production and team trained.

Phase 5 · Ongoing

Once up and running, the agent team grows with the company.

Deliverable: quarterly continuous improvement plan.

Timescales are indicative: they depend on how many areas are activated at once and the complexity of the integration.
